TARMIN TECHNOLOGIES APPOINTS FREDERICK A. CARY TO CHAIRMANSHIP
Industry veteran Frederick Cary to oversee Tarmin’s investment, corporate development and growth strategy.

With a track record spanning nearly three decades, Mr. Cary brings a wealth of experience to Tarmin. Experienced in high technology, Cary most recently served as President and CEO of Imagine Communications, Inc. – a venture-backed company.

Frederick A. Cary is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in company leadership. In his most recent positions, Mr. Cary served as CEO of Imagine Communications, a venture-funded technology company. Prior to that he was CEO of Path 1 Network Technologies, where he led the company’s initial public offering. Mr. Cary was also CEO of 3rd Pipe Communications, and The Boxlot Company, acquired by InfoSpace, Inc. (NASDAQ - INSP).
