Tarmin & IBM Collaborate to Facilitate the Storage & Sharing of Research Data

Tarmin and IBM have teamed up to provide a combined solution specifically targeted at the growing challenge of data management in the higher education market. This packaged solution is a unique offering that empowers universities and other research institutions to meet the data management principles of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, a UK public funding body. It provides over £800m of support to research institutions and requires that from May 2015, all publically funded research data will be available to the public and retained for the long term. Tarmin and IBM are initiating a joint marketing campaign based around an infographic and end user survey, to drive demand for the solution.
